Diana brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience to Unified. She has responsibility for recruiting, benefits and compensation, learning and development, human resources information systems and employee relations.

Prior to joining Unified, Diana was Executive Director of Human Resources for Kaplan Higher Education Group where she managed its recruiting and retention efforts and served as the Human Resources business partner to key executives. Diana was also responsible for Employee Engagement Improvement across the company. Prior to Kaplan, she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Apollo Health Street where she spearheaded the onboarding of five acquisitions in five years, designed and implemented numerous benefits and compensation policies and had direct oversight for the entire Human Resources operation.

Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Bentley University.
