Matt is Chief Operating Officer for Unified, having previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at the company. As Chief Operating Officer, he has responsibility for operations account management, implementation and training, revenue cycle management, clinical operations and group purchasing. He is a very active proponent of the Value-Based Care and Value-Based Contracting models in women’s healthcare.

Prior to joining Unified, Matt was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising Fortune 500 healthcare companies on strategy, finance and operations. He has also designed and developed multiple medical devices as part of entrepreneurial ventures and has a background in genetic research at both the National Institutes of Health and the Mayo Clinic.

Matt holds a MEDICAL DEGREE from Northwestern University and trained as a resident physician at Loyola University Medical Centers. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College in Mathematics and Biology.
